    Returns Policy

    We gladly offer refunds within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be given. All returns must include proof of purchase and must be in its original packaging. Return requests received after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.  All returns purchased from THESALTING.COM mush be returned to us. Unfortunately, it cannot be returned to any of our authorized retailers. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment less any shipping charges. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping is non-refundable. 

     

    Refunds & Exchanges

    Once a return is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return and a refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. *SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
